Campus Cribs

Campus Cribs was a collaborative project for a course final, where we had to build an app that would solve a common problem for students in Waterloo.

The problem that we chose to solve was the housing search for students in Waterloo, since there’s currently no easy way to navigate rental listings in Waterloo based on specific criteria, price ranges, or reliable ratings.

We thoroughly researched the issue, conducted extensive user research and user testing of low and medium-fidelity prototypes, and eventually made a high-fidelity interactive prototype using Figma.

My Contributions:

• Helped write the user research summary report

• Designed low fidelity prototypes and a design system.

• Created an extensive high-fidelity prototype that demonstrates the functionality and navigation of the site (see section below).
